迪死不從快閃舞
你是否曾經想要成為快閃舞的一份子？現在機會來了！活動綵排前，請先於家中觀看影片，學習舞步。快閃舞正式活動前僅短暫排練，影片連結將於本週置於活動頁面。另，請帶一件舊衣（以便印製反抗滅絕logo）穿黑褲與舒適鞋子, 髮型：高馬尾/高公主頭

大家一起來冥想
為了和全球的反抗滅絕運動連線，我們將在公園舉辦四十分鐘的冥想活動。如果您無法參加這項晨間活動，也可以將自己在家裡靜思冥想的照片寄至 xrtaiwan@protonmail.com 或上傳至Instagram並tag我們 （@xrtaiwan） - 您可能會被我們選為ig的特寫人物喔！我們將在一個捷運站會合，然後再一起找一個冥想的地方。請記得穿暖和一點，並帶一個可以鋪在地上坐的東西。若無法全程參與也沒關係。

淨灘活動
下次淨灘地點將在八里，從淡水搭個小渡輪就到了！淨灘完歡迎大家跟我們一起享用以素食為主的美味午餐。:) 我們將在淡水捷運站出口一會合，再一起走過去。

COMING-UP ACTIONS
Discobedience
Have you ever wanted to be a part of a flash dance? Now is your time! Please review the video before you come and learn the dance. The video will be posted this week on the event page. We will have a brief rehearsal and then we will be off! Please bring an old t-shirt (we will spray paint the xr logo on it!). Wear black pants and comfy shoes! Girls: high ponytail or high half-up.

Mass Meditation
In solidarity with XRs around the world, we will be holding a 40 minute meditation in the park. Please feel free to also take a selfie of you meditating at home if you cannot make the morning session and send it to us at xrtaiwan@protonmail.com or tag us @xrtaiwan on instagram- you may be featured on our ig! We will meet at the MRT and find a place together. Please dress warmly and bring something to sit on. You don't have to meditate for the whole time.

Next beach clean-up!
Our next clean-up will be in Bali, just a ferry ride away from Damsui! Feel free to join us for a tasty plant-based lunch after. :) We will meet at Damsui MRT Exit 1 and walk over together.
